Ericka R. Warren

EVOLUCION GROUP PRINCIPAL & CEO

Ericka Warren designs spaces, conversations, and experiences where culture, power, and belonging are intentional. She is a mission-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, operations, and organizational development, known for guiding organizations through complex environments where values, accountability, and trust matter. A nationally recognized educator, coach, and facilitator, Ericka brings clarity and structure to moments that require thoughtful dialogue and durable decision-making.

As Principal of Evolucion Group LLC, Ericka specializes in organizational development, facilitation, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. She currently serves as the facilitator of the Historic Albina Advisory Board and as a Strategic Consultant on the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project, supporting public agencies, private partners, and community leaders in navigating historically and politically complex work. Her portfolio includes leading major public and philanthropic initiatives such as the Oregon Community Foundation Albina Arts Project, where she supported culturally grounded visioning and reinvestment in a historically significant community.

Ericka is also a seasoned event producer with experience designing and executing everything from intimate leadership convenings to large-scale community events. Her work spans cultural festivals, industry networking experiences, and high-impact social initiatives, each intentionally curated to foster connection, learning, and shared purpose.

A passionate community leader and advocate, Ericka brings a professional background that bridges creative and operational leadership. Prior to founding Evolucion Group, she built a successful career in the entertainment industry, specializing in operations, finance, and strategic planning. As an award-winning songwriter and producer, she received the 2011 ASCAP Rhythm and Soul Award and has collaborated with and performed alongside notable artists across multiple gospel projects. This blend of creative and business experience continues to shape her approach to leadership, strategy, and community impact.

Ericka holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon and serves on the University of Oregon President’s Diversity Advisory Community Council. Her leadership has been recognized through multiple honors, including being named a 2021 Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon Women of Vision and a 2024 NAACP Portland Chapter Community Influencer.

Grounded in a commitment to fairness, access, and community empowerment, Ericka’s work sits at the intersection of business, culture, and public life, helping organizations lead with intention and navigate change with integrity.
